To inform us if you wish to return your order, please contact email@example.com, quoting your name, order number and request, and we will send you the returns information; this will enable us to process your return request accurately.
When returning your order, please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly the same condition in which they arrived with you. House of Pascal cannot offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, damaged or with missing parts.
We recommend returning your items using a ‘Royal Mail Signed For Delivery’ service to ensure its safe return. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please retain your parcel’s tracking number in case there should be any issues.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Items that are personalised, engraved or made-to-order (to meet your specific requirements), are non-refundable.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we operate a strict non-refundable and non-returnable policy on all earring orders.
Items marked 'Final Sale' on the product page will not be eligible for a refund.

We aim to process all returned orders within 10 working days of receipt of the return. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may take longer. Once we have processed your refund, you will be automatically notified via email. Refunds will only be credited to the original method of payment. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account Please note, shipping costs are not refunded, unless items are faulty.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please note, we no longer accept exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once received. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately we cannot refund the price difference if this occurs.
